NHIA defends dismissal of Media Relations Manager
Who is this Attiah guy? When was his position advertised for him to be hired as an Industrial Relations Manager? NHIA is a joke and people will talk at the right time. Is this the better Ghana Agenda promised to all Ghanaians? Old people who have worked hard for this program are being let go without any valid reasons and everyday, new people are brought in to this institution without any staffing needs analysis done. What are we doing to our institutions? Instead of building them up, we are razing them to the ground all in the name of politics.
