Chief of Staff has not resigned – Gov’t Government has denied media reports that the Chief of Staff Mr. Henry Martey Newman has resigned.

Below is the statement.

“It has come to the notice of the Presidency that certain media houses have reported the alleged resignation of Mr. John Henry Martey Newman as the Chief of Staff at the Office of the President.

The Presidency wishes to state categorically that Mr. John Henry Martey Newman has not resigned and is still at post and that the alleged reports are palpably untrue and should be disregarded in totality.”
