Former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings on Monday signed the Book of Condolence opened in memory of the late President John Mills at the State House in Accra.

Rawlings was in Congo with Former President Rawlings participating in activities marking the formal launch of Forbes Africa, at the invitation of President Denis Sassou N’Guesso when news of the President's passing broke.
The former first couple returned to Ghana on Friday July 27 to mourn the demise of the President.
Addressing the media, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings stated that “we are all here to show our condolences to the family of our President and the people of Ghana.
That is why everybody is here; unity, that is what we are talking about.
We are all mourning.
We really are.”
Several personalities have since written their words of condolence to the late President Mills and his family.
