Citifmonline.com brings its readers part two of the record of court proceedings in the criminal case between the Republic of Ghana and embattled businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome.

Lawyers of Mr. Woyome last week tendered in several letters to debunk claims that there was no contract before he received the GhC51 million judgment debt that has become the subject of the legal battle.

Attached (above) is a 12-page record of court proceedings that captured the cross examination of Madam Mangowa Ghanney, a lawyer at the Ministry of Finance.
