Sisala Youth Forum calls for national unity
Sisala Youth Forum calls for national unity The Sisala Youth Forum (SYF) in the Upper West region has called on Ghanaians to put aside their political differences and support President John Mahama to develop the nation.

Like other well-meaning Ghanaians, the group is unhappy with the political intolerance which is gaining notoriety in the country after the 2012 elections.

The group expects Ghanaians to rise above partisan petty squabbles and work collectively to transform the nation’s economy.

The group also admonishes President Mahama to concentrate on uplifting deprived communities in northern Ghana to bridge the developmental disparities between southern and northern Ghana.

Secretary to the Sisala Youth Forum, Chieminah Abudu Gariba raised these issues at a news conference in Wa, the Upper West Regional capital.

He said, “As Ghanaians, it is important for us to put behind all what happened during the elections and rally behind President John Mahama to develop Ghana; Ghana is the only country that we have and together as Ghanaians, we can push forward the development agenda.”
