We'll help continue Mills' electoral legacy - family The family of the late President John Mills has pledged their support to ensure free and fair polls in the December elections.

This according to them is in honour of the wishes of the late President Mills.

The brother of the late President, Dr Cadman Mills revealed this in a tribute he read on behalf of the family at the funeral ceremony of the late President on Friday.

He said: “we will endeavour to reduce electoral fraud and assist in conflict resolution especially in the area of the settlement of electoral dispute in his honour.”

Dr. Mills also noted that President Mills proved throughout his political career that decent and calm people are needed in Ghana’s political circles to be relevant.

According to him, his brother, selflessly worked to make life easier for Ghanaians and thus pledged on behalf of the family to continue where the late President left off.

“We will undertake targeted actions to provide basic productive infrastructure for poor rural and urban communities,” he promised.
