Mahama travels to South Africa for a private visit today
Mahama travels to South Africa for a private visit today President John Dramani Mahama will leave the country on a private visit to South Africa today.

This is according to a statement signed by his spokesperson John Jinapor.

The President is expected to return to Accra on Sunday, December 30, 2012.

In his absence, Vice President Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur shall, in accordance with Article 60(8) of the Constitution, will act as President.
