The kasahorow Foundation has announced it will be releasing a new beta version of their Android keyboard software.
The new update is expected to be a significant improvement over previous releases as it comes with new user interface improvements.
The Foundation hopes to attract more user installations of the application and to enable many more Africans to conveniently type in their local languages among other things.
The kasahorow Foundation is a nongovernment and nonprofit organisation, which seeks to promote African languages.
The organisation first started as a GhanaThink Foundation initiative.
kasahorow looks forward to the day when every African child can expand their understanding of the world around them in their first language.
The kasahorow keyboard is available for free download at the Google Play store and other online portals. For more information about the Android keyboard software, please visit http://goo.gl/MxYbLA
